Borrowed some of your rub/spice from my wife's nephew. Tried it on ribs --- Great! Then I had a meal when wifey was gone and I was warming up some left-over ribs. I decided to smoke some corn on the cob to go with it. Soaked the untouched ears for an hour or more in cold water then throw on the smoker for an hour or so. When done, I peeled the husks and silk (the silk just falls off but can be a bit> hot on your hands), applied butter and a sprinkling of your seasoning. It was awesome!
