ABOUT THE COMPANY
Jim Baldridge's Secret Seasoning was developed by a good cowman and one of America's leading purebred livestock auctioneers, Jim Baldridge. Jim was also a terrific chef who loved to cook - and did - for anyone from cowboys to the President of the United States. The seasoning was simply part of Jim's private stock for years, but with the help of his daughter Becky, her husband Bob, and their son Jake, they turned it into a business that still ships from their ranch in North Platte, Nebraska.
Many different formulas were tried and tested before the right one was set. Friends and neighbors from far and near purchased or received the Secret Seasoning that was mixed in Jim Baldridge's kitchen as gifts. The demand soon overwhelmed his ability to mix his special formula at home, so a new phase began.
After procuring a reliable source of the finest herbs, spices and necessary ingredients, a commercial venture began in July 1991 when Jim Baldridge's Secret Seasoning was placed on the retail market. From there, thousands of people across the world have tasted this original old family recipe!
